YourLife™ of Palm Beach Gardens exemplifies a “micro” Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) concept, which offers residents aging-in-place accommodations and a continuum of care. The complex combines a full-service, four-story assisted living facility and a three-story memory care facility.

It will be located in a mixed-use community that has a range of residence types, from single homes to apartments, as well as a shared community/recreation center and shopping and commercial areas.

The exterior of the facility is designed in a warm, contemporary approach intended to match the sophistication of the facilities’ residents.

At 250,000 SF, the project will contain resort-style amenities, such as pool and lounge area, gym, restaurant-style dining areas and community spaces providing social spaces for family, visitors and residents. The buildings will share all back-of-house support necessary for the required services. This approach reduces staffing needs, square footage and construction cost.
