The Capitol District Apartments

The Capitol District development project has transformed the corner of 10th and Capitol Streets in downtown Omaha, providing much-needed density, diversity of use and cohesion with adjacent neighborhoods while complementing the nearby CHI Health Center and TD Ameritrade Park.

A key element of the two-square-block mixed use development is a 12-story apartment building overlooking the Marriott Hotel and a shared central outdoor plaza. The 218-unit high rise apartment building consists of one- and two-bedroom living spaces. On-site amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, penthouse loft, secure parking and controlled access to the building. Additionally, the location has access to more than 20 local and regional restaurants, live music and events in the Capitol District Plaza.
