Fiserv
Fiserv consolidated its Omaha operations to a seven-building campus near midtown. The company’s leadership wanted fresh, comfortable yet unified work environments. Our services began with master planning and feasibility studies for the combined more than 500,000 square feet of workplace.
A mandatory move for about 1,200 Fiserv employees drove an accelerated schedule to complete initial design work. Existing office space needed refreshing and revitalization with little to no disruption of highly technical daily operations. We executed design in phases to accommodate.
Fiserv’s new workplace environs leverage layered lighting design, airy layouts, transparent offices and durable yet attractive materials to create amenities that attract and retain talent. Combined with new furnishings, brand colors and custom graphics, and infused with technology, the new surroundings create an energetic and effective workplace. The result has been greater staff retention and recruitment and improved efficiency of workflows in production.
