PGA Waterway

With the goal of re-igniting a vibrant waterway, LEO A DALY’s design for the PGA Waterway condo tower takes inspiration from the surrounding water views and tropical context. The seven-story condo tower reflects a nautical design theme through the incorporation of natural wood and stone materials. The tower consists of 88 units ranging from 2,500 SF to 5,000 SF. The units take advantage of the tower’s location along the Intracoastal Waterway through beautiful water views and amenities that provide connection to the water. An open community space allows residents opportunities for lounging and entertaining, and the site design includes 20 boat slips as well as a walkway running adjacent to the water.

The unique site elevation provides for 190 below-grade parking spots, allowing the building to maximize the available footprint and take full advantage of the allowable height limits.
