The Esplanade at Addison Reserve Country Club

A recipient of The Distinguished Elite Award, Addison Reserve is ranked 7th among the top 150 Platinum Country Clubs in the nation and ranks 34th worldwide. Addison Reserve is also recognized as one of America’s Healthiest Clubs and wanted to build on its recognition with the addition of updated health and wellness amenities for its members and staff.

LEO A DALY’s design for the new Esplanade Wellness Complex encompasses more than 32,000 SF of fitness, spa, tennis and locker room amenities. The fitness center contains more than 90 pieces of fitness equipment, three private Pilates studios, one group fitness studio, one HIIT (high intensity interval training) studio, two physical therapy offices, a stretching studio, rowing/Peloton studio, free-weight studio, functional training studio and a large cardiovascular area.

The Esplanade Wellness Complex overlooks a resort-style pool with a beach-style entry pool and a large, elevated whirlpool. The spa consists of five treatment rooms for facials, waxing, massages, hair and nail salon as well as a salt relaxation room and retail shop. Accessible from the aquatics complex, the 7,600-SF bistro includes a stunning bar and expanded kitchen with indoor and covered outdoor dining. The design also includes a 1,000-SF game room for all ages to enjoy.
