1776 Eye Street

A renovation stemming from an original mid-1980s design has transformed 1776 Eye Street into a Class A+ trophy commercial property. The building’s iconic entrance is now worthy of its prestigious corner location at the intersection of Eye Street and 18th Street NW.

LEO A DALY’s design revitalized the building entrance and introduced an updated transparency and lightness, making the lobby entrance visible to the exterior. In addition to revitalizing the building’s corner entrance and lobby, LEO A DALY designed a new entrance canopy, exterior lighting, streetscape retail tenant canopies and an up-to-date fitness center.
