As a life-long talent development professional, Amy is committed to helping leaders maximize their effectiveness and the effectiveness of their teams.
Her overarching goal is to create a comprehensive, cohesive talent development program that demonstrates the organization’s commitment to its people. Amy focuses on the employee experience to cultivate an environment that attracts and retains top talent. She also serves as director of the firm’s Leadership Institute, an immersive, executive-level leadership program that annually identifies and trains emerging leaders from across the LEO A DALY company.
