As the Dallas studio continues to grow in personnel and across market sectors, it was the perfect time to move into a new space. The entire team is moving from our previous studio at Mockingbird Station to One McKinney in Uptown. This location provides easy access to the Arts District, Design District and Medical District, where many of the firm’s vendors, clients and partners are located. The high-rise allows for views of downtown Dallas and surrounding parks. The neighborhood is very walkable, with restaurants and shops, and the building itself is LEED Silver.

The studio was designed in-house and features service-based and social workplace amenities to create a sustainable office culture. Floor-to-ceiling windows and glass conference room walls provide natural light throughout the studio, and collaboration areas allow employees variety in their seating options. A neutral palette features LEO A DALY’s signature red accents for a bright, modern aesthetic.
