Les leads LEO A DALY’s Department of Defense (DoD) market sector in the western United States, Asia and Pacific Rim countries from his home base of Los Angeles.

His decades of DoD large program experience include projects with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Air Force Civil Engineering Center, National Guard and Intelligence Community clients.

In his most recent role before joining LEO A DALY, Les spent nine years in South Korea leading the $10.7 billion Yongsan Relocation Plan, Land Partnership Plan (YRP/LPP) project at U.S. Army Garrison-Humphreys, the nation’s largest military base abroad.
